Horizons West HVAC Repair Service - Reliable HVAC Professionals

Many homes built during rapid expansion phases utilize standard builder grade heating and cooling equipment. While functional initially, these entry level systems are forced to run almost constantly to combat the brutal Central Florida heat. After a few years of maximum capacity operation, electrical components and capacitors begin to wear out prematurely. Our technicians focus strictly on repairing these specific components first to restore your cooling without forcing you into an expensive, unnecessary total system replacement.

Because our community is experiencing rapid residential and commercial expansion, heavy construction dust and dirt constantly circulate through the air. This abrasive particulate gets pulled into your system, clogging indoor air filters rapidly and blanketing outdoor condenser coils. This restricted airflow forces your system to work harder and frequently leads to frozen indoor coils. Enrolling in our Family Comfort Plan provides the routine deep cleaning and advanced filtration solutions you need to protect your equipment from this heavy local dust.

Properties in master planned villages like Bridgewater and Lakeside are constructed with advanced thermal envelopes. While these energy efficient designs keep your monthly bills incredibly low, they also trap intense heat and humidity almost instantly if your cooling system fails. Our technicians specialize in diagnosing and repairing the modern, high efficiency HVAC systems required for these advanced homes, ensuring we restore your comfort and indoor air quality as quickly as possible.
